Never heard of it, but I'd be concerned about the brass stripping the thread on the aluminum if tightened too much. Interesting design though. |

Very interesting design, it looks like it would only bend one way (hard to tell if that nut is locked on a lip or something)... Something like that would be great in a thin neck, I might just need to buy it and figure out how it works ![]() -Paul- |

This seller also has a steel one of the same design. I would feel the aluminum would strip easy. They sell a lot of stuff they claim they got from a German lutherie shop. So maybe this is a German design. |

Maybe it's designed to be removeable. Pull it out and turn it upside down to reverse direction. ![]() |
